Sound & Swing is a Sound Meditation offering that is experienced while laying down in a Yoga Swing, providing a zero gravity sensation while you enjoy a sound bath meditation with Crystal & Metal Singing Bowls, Heart Frequency Gong, Koshi Bells, Monocord & Vocals.
